Our repeat prescribing is computerised. With each repeat prescription comes a request form for more tablets or medicines. Please tick the items you need and return the request form to the surgery.
You can hand it in, or post it to us with a stamped, addressed envelope for us to return the prescription in.
You must then allow three working days for the prescription to be ready, or five days if the prescription is to be posted back to you. Please note that if you are collecting your prescription in person from reception, you should leave it until after 10am. We are unable to deal with prescriptions before that time due to the high demand for appointments. If you prefer, you can ask for the prescription to be sent directly to a chemist, and can then collect your medication from that chemist. Alternatively you can sign-up with us to have your prescription sent electronically. Please ask the receptionist about these service.
If you are having regular medication throughout the year you may be eligible for the Repeat Dispensing Service. Again, please ask at reception for further information.
